His sister’s near-death experience in a hospital inspired Nathan to journey into healthcare. Since then, he has also fostered a passion participating in, building, and leading high performing sales teams. He tackled each specialized role within a sales organization - Account Management, Pipeline Generation, New Footprints, & Sales Operations. Then he took a leadership role to build a team from the ground up. Since then he has focused on creating high trust environments, defining beliefs that drive right behavior, coaching, whole person development, industry alignment, and operational effectiveness. His favorite sales results are seeing sales methodologies/systems implemented that improve team performance & being a part of a person's development journey.
